1. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER:

Visit http://www.pantenetotalyoutour.com and follow the on-screen entry instructions, beginning at 5:00pm Eastern Time (ET) the Monday before the Saturday tour stop in your city. (see below for entry schedule). Limit one entry per name/email address/household per day. A day is defined as 12:00 midnight (ET) through 11:59 PM (ET). Entries must be received by 5:00 PM (ET) on the Thursday before tour date to be eligible for the drawing.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

This sweepstakes is open to residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, Grassroots Promotions, LLC and their subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising, promotion, and Internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible, or misdirected email or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Sponsor not responsible for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in or accessing or downloading information in connection with this promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address). Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should a virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security, or proper operation of the sweepstakes. In the event of termination of the sweepstakes, a notice will be posted online and a random drawing to award the prize will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the sweepstakes or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct, or technical failures destroy the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

3. RANDOM DRAWING:

Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible email entries received by 5 PM (ET), the Thursday prior to the tour date. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received by 5 PM (ET), on the Thursday prior to the tour date. The drawing will be conducted by Grassroots Promotions whose decisions are final, from among all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by phone and required to execute a prize acceptance form/publicity release upon acceptance of prize. If winner cannot be reached an alternate winner will be selected. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, and local taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees, and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner will assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the prize.

4. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:

10 prizes with a total approximate retail value of $2,500.00 will be awarded as follows:

Prize Description: 4 tickets to the Pantene Total You Tour and a hair makeover by a professional stylist.

Total Retail Value: $250.00 (per prize package)*

* There is no transportation included with this prize. Winner assumes responsibility for all transportation to/from tour venue.
